Description and Requirements

The Digital Solutions Team is looking for a PEGA expert who has development experience and simultaneously has done more than develop by supporting the team from the operations side. This position requires an overall experience of 7-10 years. The ideal candidate will do more than development, and understand DevOps culture well with good knowledge and experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. You will consider yourself to be a technically versatile person. 

The primary location for this role is St. Louis. Applicants from Denver and Charlotte can be considered.

Requirements
  • Must have understanding and experience in the PEGA tool, 2-3 years of experience.
  • Experience in Cloud (AWS preferred, 2-3 years).
  • Experience or Understanding of Application Performance Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge to troubleshoot JAVA-based applications.
  • Experience on Linux/Unix Operating Systems.
  • Have worked on the database or been able to run queries using SQL statements.

  • Excellent communication skills.  Loud, clear, and easily understood by a diverse audience.  Able to convey information to leadership and technical audiences.
  • Providing technical mentoring and day-to-day direction of technical staff responding to alarms, triaging issues, and escalating appropriately.  Constantly striving to improve team response.
