Description and Requirements
Product Owner:
- Defining, prioritizing, and grooming work backlogs for application teams.
- Working with our customers to better understand features and user stories, decomposing them into tasks for developer consumption.
- Owning and managing the intake of work to the application backlog including day to day grooming and prioritization; facilitating iteration planning efforts to ensure that development teams have organized work.
- Facilitating daily stand up meetings with development.
- Coordinating cross-team delivery, managing dependencies, and defining best practices.
- Sharing and evangelizing the work completed, backlog, and velocity for the team.
You Have…
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated organizational, communication, and analytical skills in:
- Project Management
- Systems Analyst
- Application Management
- Product Management
A strong desire to learn
The ability to work well with both IT technical, as well as, business functional resources.
A desire to have fun with a great team, building world class software!
Salary and Benefits:
Starting Salary: $110,000 annually based on experience
