Description and Requirements


  • Gain deep understanding of products and services that TELUS team members use, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content

  • Produce high-quality, easy-to-understand documentation that meets our standards and enables team members to self-serve 

  • Transform existing internal, technical documentation into knowledge base articles, always keeping the end user in mind

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years experience writing English and French documentation in a SaaS environment

  • A proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter

  • Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Highly motivated and very effective at managing yourself to high productivity

  • Open to receiving and giving feedback, because you know that is the path to greatness and you are all about quality.
