Responsibilities:
Gain deep understanding of products and services that TELUS team members use, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content
Produce high-quality, easy-to-understand documentation that meets our standards and enables team members to self-serve
Transform existing internal, technical documentation into knowledge base articles, always keeping the end user in mind
Qualifications and Skills
2+ years experience writing English and French documentation in a SaaS environment
A proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Highly motivated and very effective at managing yourself to high productivity
Open to receiving and giving feedback, because you know that is the path to greatness and you are all about quality.
