Position Overview: 

Reporting to the VP of Finance, as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager within the TELUS International Digital Solutions team, you will help build global forecasts and driver-based models (highlighting key risks and opportunities), and analyze plans to develop revenue and efficiency opportunities for a multi-P&L product portfolio. You’ll be required to partner with a diverse multi-country team and coordinate intercompany planning. You will be a key part of the monthly close process reviewing results and confirming variances to plan.


  • Assist monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, long-term planning, and strategic planning processes

  • Assist in ensuring the Finance technology solutions, such as Workday and Adaptive Insights, are integrated and configured for Global FP&A requirements

  • Review and validate monthly results are accurately create proposals for cost movements to ensure alignment with functional areas

  • Gather forecast inputs from operations staff and supporting cost center leaders

  • Assist in validating forecast and budget assumptions across various business units

  • Review and update of risks & opportunities across the business

  • Implement standardization, documentation, and improvements of existing planning processes

  • Analysis of client account profitability, product profitability, and supporting cost center expense analysis

  • Assist in disseminating Account level plans into Global plans

  • Build/consolidate global forecasts and analyze key performance indicators

  • Prepare monthly FP&A content for senior leadership team meetings

  • Take ownership of enhancements and improvements to planning processes

Other activities:

  • Ad-hoc requests as required to ensure the success of the broader organization through project participation in collaboration with IT, Sales, HR, and other teams

  • Collaborating with Global Finance teams across over 25 countries to assist with continuous improvement and best practice alignment

  • Assist in the preparation of Bookings planning and reporting in collaboration with Global Finance and Sales Operations teams

  • Backup and assist with Operating and Capital governance processes as needed 


  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A and/or financial reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

  • Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Proficiency (advanced knowledge of Sheets/Excel)

  • Proficient knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Insights is considered an asset
