Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Implement enterprise-level IAM solutions employing relevant DevOps methods and tech stacks.
  • Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security and scalability of IAM software architecture.
  • Support all the deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, certifications and third-party system integration.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts.
  • Develop and implement system defects/enhancements.
  • Design, implementation & maintenance of IAM solutions considering the TELUS’s build processes, code migration, and source control use.
  • Troubleshooting as part of project or post-production support activities.
  • Support system upgrades and the application migration roadmaps.

Required Skills: 

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access management (IAM) solution as a developer.
  • 5+ years experience developing APIs, back-end web development and/or mobile application development on Apple and Android.
  • Experience with the following programming languages: Java,JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, Python
  • Experience in implementing enhancements for 1 or more IAM tools.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, fixing and addressing deficiencies and issues in the system.
  • Experience with system upgrades, patches and migrating applications across different environments.
  • Exposure to a variety of IAM technologies such as multi-tiered applications, databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, network infrastructure, and understanding security and data flow within these components.
  • Experience with Databases.
  • Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
  • Preferred experience with Kubernetes based Google Cloud infrastructure implemented using prevalent security practices
  • Nice to have: experience developing serverless application development on Google Cloud Platform.
