Desired Skills :

  1. B2+ English level written and verbal.

  2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  3. Proactive and forward thinking attitude and creative problem solving ability.

  4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  5. Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow-up on multiple concurrent tasks.

  6. Experience in Workday implementation, configuration, or support. Business Process configuration, EIBs, Security, reports  and more.

  7. Proficiency in ERP systems customization and configuration.

  8. Excellent oral, written and listening skills.

  9. Must work well with others and Self manage.

  10. Ability to analyze complex business processes and provide solutions.

  11. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  12. Advanced Excel - Required.

  13. Business Intelligence knowledge and experience (desirable).

Additional Job Description

The primary focus of this position is managing and optimizing the implementation, maintenance, and use of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software application and integration systems of the organization. This position will act as a technical point of contact for the integration, optimization, and enablement of (but not limited to) Finance and Human Resources ERP software. The Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist III is a subject matter expert in the ERP modules ensuring data integrity, configuring and testing software changes, report writing, and analyzing for process improvement opportunities.
