Description and Requirements

Specific Responsibilities May Include:

  • Knowledge in business process analysis, requirements and design, data modeling, detailed functional design, test planning, and UAT execution.
  • Experience preparing and guiding business partners through UAT testing.
  • Experience with enterprise-level software/systems functions including configuration, data loads, and maintenance
  • Excellent change management leadership skills including communication, testing, training and business system and process transformation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multi-faceted projects.

Required Experience, Education, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
  • 1+ year experience as a Configuration analyst or functional analyst in any HR applications and knowledge of integration points.
  • Strong relevant experience, or a combination of education and work experience
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in analyzing data
  • Highly competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint & other analytical tools
  • You possess a natural curiosity, analytical mind, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
  • Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
  • Amenable to work onsite at TELUS Ortigas.

Position Overview:


Responsible for understanding requirements, documenting and configuring business processes, optimizing and extending functionality, analyzing and building reports, and testing and delivering solutions. Assists with the enterprise-level software/systems operations including report creation, configuration management, and BAU support.
