As a Game Community Specialist with French and English you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

  • Review and action potentially violating content on an ongoing basis

  • Assist with reviewing the local social media & social media strategy

  • Be an expert on internal policies and stay up-to-date with policy updates

  • Identify and share observed patterns about reported content to improve performance

  • Prioritize high-value content and post it on specific channels

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Fluency in French and a good command of English

  • Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments

  • Keep the community safe by reviewing potentially violating content against our Content Guidelines

  • Gaming experience - you have played games and you can relate to a player’s concept, community, and mindset
