Description and Requirements

TELUS International Europe is looking to find Game Community Team Lead for one of our Player Support teams!

Your responsibilities:
  • Manage the Leadership Team of the project
  • Lead by example and aim to create a positive and enjoyable working environment for all team members
  • Bi-weekly reporting for all social media channels
  • Monthly reporting for all non-social media activations guided by external Community Managers
  • Schedule management for external Community Managers
  • Performance review for external Community Managers
  • Propose improvements, optimizations and provide feedback in processes and ways of working
  • Be involved in the recruitment process, development and engagement of the team
  • Perform supervisory tasks including scheduling, reporting to management, management, prioritizing workloads and delegating tasks
  • Report Ops. performance to the Account General Manager
Our requirements:
  • Experienced with understanding of social media and community management
  • To understand how Player Support and Gaming communities work and live
  • People management experience
  • Excellent command in English
  • Communicate effectively in verbal and written form
  • Prioritize and address multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
