We are looking for an enthusiastic and adventurous person to join our Recruitment Team!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a significant role in supporting the growth of TELUS International Europe through exploring various recruitment channels, creatively sourcing talents and ensuring great candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform sourcing and screening of candidates’ resumes
  • Conduct interviews with candidates (phone or face-to-face) and asses their competencies, qualifications, skills, and previous employment
  • Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
  • Headhunt candidates over different platforms to ensure our success
  • Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers, and candidates’ pipeline
  • Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives
  • Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
  • Promote the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS International
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Bulgarian language is a must
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
  • Negotiation and facilitation abilities
  • Previous relevant experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Bachelor degree or current study in Human Resources, Psychology or related area will count as an advantage
  • BPO experience will be considered an advantage
