We are looking for an enthusiastic and adventurous person to join our Talent Acquisition Team!

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a significant role in supporting the growth of TELUS International Bulgaria.

What will you do?
  • Post job ads on job sites and portals - registration, updating current information, researching for new and successful options to attract candidates
  • Source and headhunt potential candidates through multiple platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Assist in the management of TELUS International Bulgaria’s internal and external referral programs
  • Preparing sourcing statistics presentations
  • Support the creation and execution of engaging sourcing campaigns
  • Come up with innovative ways to increase TELUS International Bulgaria’s candidate attraction
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Well-organized and creative self-starter with abilities to establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Competent of G-suit
