For our Newest Client, we are looking for a person with a passion for crypto and capital markets! 

Take the opportunity to be an Online Trading Advisor of cryptocurrencies, securities, trading currencies’ platforms, using technology, personal approach, and knowledge.

As an Online Trading Advisor with French and English, you will take care of clients’ inquiries.

As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role. All you need is to be fluent in French and have good knowledge of English.

What will you do?

  • Serve as a liaison between the customer support team and management to improve customer service & app experience

  • Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines

  • Deal with clients queries regarding the trading platforms

  • Document customer bug reports

  • Very good customer service capabilities and confidence in engaging with users across multiple channels

  • Strong analytical skills to identify the issue and find a resolution

  • Knowledge of financial markets is an advantage

  • Provide excellent customer service and solutions to improve the trading experience
