Description and Requirements

What we expect:


  • native Romanian language and beginner-level of English

  • high-school graduate with a baccalaureate diploma

  • work in shifts between 10:00 and 19:00

  • full-time availability

  • work at home in Bucharest after 2 weeks of training on sight

  •  technical skills: familiar with working on the Internet and excellent keyboard skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  •  customer service orientation

  •  good communication skills in written & spoken

  •  good problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize

  •  ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  •  good team player skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships


Key responsibilities:


  • outbound activity in the banking field

  • work as part of our team and be able to contact clients for promoting and selling ING’s products and services

  •  achieve performance targets (call-handling and quality)
