A day in the life of a Partner Development Specialist
As a Partner Specialist, your role is to act as an inside Representative to go wider on key partnerships within our client’s Ecosystem Partners. Teamwork and the ability to problem solve while also having the capacity to independently investigate and suggest solutions is essential. We are a small team right now, but we aim to build and grow - we need people who are comfortable “working in the gray” while maintaining sensible boundaries. This role is still being established, you will gain the opportunity to work directly with the client and have your say and influence on processes, projects and more.
In this role, you will build and maintain effective working relationships with key Customers and collaboratively work with our Ecosystem partners to maximize Sales opportunities. A great candidate will work on own initiative, to capture and disseminate information needed to help our end users and partners make decisions and drive the business with positive influence on customer skills. You will be responsible for a customer portfolio and be the sole POC to ensure that you understand key customers needs and market dynamics
Responsibilities, tasks and projects
Program overview, educating partners on assets/benefits and aligning sellers with partners in deal cycle.
Work closely with partners that are generating lead volume (platforms, tech partners) to SQO - and managing handoff to sellers.
Lead generation / SQOs for partner solutions built on/with our client.
Grow and maintain a manageable pipeline of Leads.
Deliver qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team for follow-up and closure.
Learn and maintain a deep understanding of our client’s suite of products.
Learn and represent our client's Partner Ecosystem benefits, requirements, and help progress partners through their journey with our client.

You will be confident to utilize all available resources and present to the users, and engage all available resources to achieve the desired outcome.
Excellent communication skills to be able to deal with different types of customers, establish customer relationships and offer long-term solutions to gain and retain customers.
Fluency in English
