Overview of tasks:

• Salary preparation and calculation

• Preparation, coordination and administration of employment contracts incl. all TELUS International policies and amendments to employment contracts

• Preparation and execution of new hire process

• Preparation, coordination and administration of termination contracts

• Preparation and execution of exit process

• Data maintenance

• Reporting and statistics

• Answering ad hoc requests from employees and management

• Giving support to local Management for all kinds of personnel related questions

• Administration and handling of long leave

• General administrative tasks

We are looking for:

• Bachelors Degree (Economics or Law)

• Experience with local labor law

• Proficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel)

• Respectful attitude towards employees, clients and third parties

• Ability to deal with and handle conflicts

• Dynamic and strong interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of organization

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Good German or English language skills

• Excellent organizational and time planning skills

• 2-3 years’ experience as a finance specialist, preferably in a large company
