Description and Requirements


TELUS International is looking for a QA examiner to join the AI team in Costa Rica. 

The QA examiner is responsible for the production process evaluation to ensure that final delivery meets the customer standards.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Verify, investigate and audit production process and its conformance to QA standards and procedures.
  • Design, create and establish a QA control checklist.
  • Study and review all production steps and other processing data to ensure QA controls.
  • Ensure high quality standards at all levels of operations.
  • Develop, monitor and track QA data and process improvements.
  • Assist and support teams in conducting QA audits and inspections.
  • Research, study, evaluate and advice on all QA controls and procedures for further improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
