Overview of tasks:
Lead and guide the recruitment/sourcing team to meet hiring targets effectively.
Develop and execute recruitment/sourcing strategies in line with organizational goals.
Provide mentorship and support to enhance team members' skills and performance.
Collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment/sourcing processes for efficiency.
Oversee sourcing and screening activities to attract top-quality candidates.
Use data and analytics to assess recruitment metrics and make informed decisions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support recruitment efforts.
We expect:
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business or management preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Latvian (C1)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in G Suite, WorkDay and Avature and other relevant software programs.
Knowledge of the industry’s best practices and trends for successful recruitment.
