Description and Requirements

Functional Responsibilities
  • Function as social listener and quality control for the team’s monitoring projects.
  • Double check reports from the ORS before submitting them to the Social Intelligence Manager.
  • Re-asses and follow up progress of escalations for low, medium, and high risk brand mentions.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and quarterly reports to stakeholders if the Manager isn’t available.
  • Will work on special social listening projects and create reporting for leaderships team around all TI locations
  • He/She will ensure that the team’s deliverables are managed in a timely and efficient manner.
Technical Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or MS Excel 
  • The ability to think spontaneously and respond positively to pressure
  • Ability to make solid judgement calls on brand mentions.

Additional Job Description

The Report Coordinator will report directly to the Social Media Intelligence Manager. The Report Coordinator will primarily contribute individually as a social listener for the team’s online monitoring projects. He/She will also act as quality control to verify and share reports on the mentions tracker while double-checking all mentions pulled from the social listening tool.
