Description and Requirements
Senior Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships of defined global AI customer(s). She/he owns the overall financial health of the customer accounts and works with a team of managers and site leads to deliver AI services and solutions to a large client(s) as well as improve all areas of process, people and technology.
Senior Manager manages programs/projects that are interconnected ensuring full alignment towards achieving strategic goals. She/he is the customer’s key point of contact to ensure delivery is in line with contractual agreements & program standards.
Senior Manager is a leader of the area/site team, program team, operations team and other team members with an active lead through coaching and support provided to the team.
Senior Manager will drive the project/program execution excellence and continuous improvement of operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Personally engage with customers as senior operational leader: understand customer business issues and lead area team(s) to execute on defined solutions across all service offerings
Lead, coach and management team including operations managers, program managers as well as team members. Track and monitor performance of global delivery teams and external suppliers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability
Accountable for increasing organic program revenue, managing margin and other KPIs
Work with operations leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and implement continual process improvement, measurement/benchmarking, and automation across all lines of service delivery
Manage and develop program/project management standards and methodologies. Responsible for a training program for new management team members
Responsible for operational revenue forecast and partners with the Commercial team on sales forecast and developing new business prospects through active participation and leadership in the RFP process, customer calls etc.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
6-8 years’ experience in operations management, program management, finance or marketing
Strong project/program/operations management and negotiation skills while working within established business priorities and constraint
Requires extensive interpersonal skills, excellent business planning skills, cross-group coordination at all levels, business acumen, and the ability to work on several diverse projects at the same time

Superior judgement, team building, budgeting, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure required
Strong analytical/problem solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects, outstanding organizational skills and agility, strong communication skills
A consistent, "can do" attitude, and will act quickly to rally organizations around a common vision
BA/BS required. Advanced business degree preferred
