We are currently looking for a Support Unit Manager (m/d/f) for our office located in a very prominent location in Barcelona.


Support Unit Manager (m/d/f)


Overview of tasks:
  • Supervision, coordination and support of local Health and Safety department activities.
  • Supervision, coordination and in specific cases, direct implementation of related action plans coming out from audits and surveys related to wellbeing.
  • Support in the development and/or implementation of local strategies related to the wellbeing of our employees
  • Coordination of global annual training plans related to local requirements
  • Supervision of annual training programs and budget.
  • Evaluation and validation of suppliers for training purposes.
  • Direct or indirect participation in local initiatives that influence any of the above tasks.
  • Provide frequent detailed reports and presentations of activities, costs and production related of any of the above tasks.
  • Participation in different support commissions with local works council representatives (Health and Safety, Equality and Training)
  • Building aligned and collaborative environment within internal units

What we expect:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or comparable education
  • Experience stablishing and developing strategies in related fields (H&S, Wellbeing or Training).
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading and or developing teams or managers
  • Experience with Fundae is a plus
  • Experience working with works council is a plus
  • Experience in BPO environment is a plus
  • Decision making ability with an impact on financials
  • High level of service orientation
  • Analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in fast pace changing environment
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
