General Description
The Content Moderation Representative - T will be responsible for visually navigating, labeling, and reviewing images, video, accounts, and text-based content, ensuring that it is in conjunction with client policy.  

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a solid understanding and application of TikTok moderation rules and guidelines.

  • Review uploaded content and take applicable actions to approve, disapprove, or escalate any content, by marking and categorizing all videos according to the policies 

  • Show appropriate judgment in alerting Sr. mods and leads to escalate any sensitive content that requires further action.

  • Aid in reporting inappropriate use of TikTok content on off-site platforms such as Facebook.

  • To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior.  

  • Staying up to date with the latest cultural global updates and trends

  • Drive for Results - This role will bring a strong level of ownership/accountability for your success in reaching your targets daily. You will achieve your daily productivity while ensuring high quality in each case you review.
Education/Experience and Knowledge
  • Highschool degree - mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge and use of Internet search.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of BPO industry - Desirable
  • English and Portuguese -B1 and above 
    • Oral and written comprehension 
    •  Appropriate usage of language
  • Brazilian knowledge market - Desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and stay updated on changing policies
