TELUS International Bulgaria is looking for a passionate and result driven Team Manager for Supercell Account!

As a Team Manager for the Games Account, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our gaming-focused team. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of team leadership, operational management, and client satisfaction. 

Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:

  • Leading a team of dedicated Specialists and Leaders as part of the Player Support Team

  • Driving operational results (SLAs & KPIs)

  • Taking care of escalated issues when necessary; Investigate and respond to issues raised by a client and provide timely feedback

  • Building high performing teams and ensuring training and development for every team member

  • Presenting adaptability, enabling the Team Leaders to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly

  • Proactively proposing improvements, optimizations and providing feedback on processes and ways of working

  • Be involved in the recruitment process, training, development and engagement of the team

  • Performing supervisory duties including scheduling, reporting to management, supervision, prioritizing workloads and delegating tasks


  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

  • Previous experience in the same or similar role

  • Previous experience in a gaming industry/account will be considered an advantage

  • People Management, Coaching & Development Experience

  • Deep understanding of the BPO industry

  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good judgment and decision-making skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients/customers

  • Being open to changes in a fast-moving industry and adapting to it
