We are looking for a Psychological specialist for our exciting corporate environment in the field of social media content moderation. If you are communicative and enjoy helping people, we have the ideal job for you!

  • Manage and evaluate necessary data to keep track of employee's progress
  • Lead activities assigned by the well-being team manager
  • Create action plans with the aim to improve employees' wellbeing
  • Support the HR department by advising on potential employee suitability for the project
  • Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team buildings, and activities observing the department goals
  • Reach out to employees and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops
  • Lead informational and promotional Wellbeing activities during employee training sessions
  • Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Master's degree in Health or Clinical Psychology
  • Licensure or equivalent state authorization to provide treatment in Spain
  • 3 years of experience in psychological counseling, psychotherapy, and leading group services
  • Experience conducting experience diagnostic procedures
  • Experience in crisis and conflict management
  • Excellent communication with very good written and spoken English skills
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team, and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently and high motivation
