Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Support on backend and administrative functions for TELUS internal Enterprise Grid for Slack.
Participate in next iterations of Slack project (i.e. implementation of app policy management, SSO integration, onboarding, and offboarding integration, user administration governance)
Support users questions related to Slack features and redirect to BU admins when needed
Provide Tier-3 support in day-to-day operations.
Participate in other cloud-based tools projects (e.g. introduction of Monday.com to end-users)
Required Knowledge
Basic experience in Slack administration
Good written communications skills in English
Ability to manage multiple messaging channels for user inquiries
Nice to have
Technical knowledge in Slack workflows and integrations
Passion and curiosity to learn and work with new technologies
Familiarity with any other messaging tools (e.g. Google Chat)
