The leader of in-home fitness programs and nutritional products is looking for an enthusiastic and adventurous person! Are you ready for new challenges?

As a Fitness and Health Support Specialist with French and English you will be a part of a great team and all together will:
  • Handle and document incoming requests from customers (phone, chat, email) and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Gather customer information and provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the clients’ requests
  • Provide quality service in multiple areas including, but not limited to: Billing, Order Status, Application Troubleshooting, and Account cancellation
  • Achieve moderate productivity goals while maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction
As a candidate you should:
  • Be fluent in French (C1) and English (B2)
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data
  • Any customer service or contact center experience will be to your benefit
