Step 3 - On Line Examination & Account Specific Exam (On Site) No Versant or Berlitz on the assessments but it has a short Verbal Assessment on the system
Step 4 – Final Operations Interview (On Site)
Step 5 – HR Orientation and Contact Signing (On Site)

You are responsible for handling inbound queries and provide resolutions to issues of wireless mobile phone subscribers, both prepaid and post paid.
 
Requirements:

• Preferably with CUSTOMER SERVICE background  (Not necessarily BPO)
• Fresh Graduates of a Bachelor's Degree Course, Completed at least 2 years in College with ANY work experience or If below 2 yrs, at least 6 months of BPO/Call Center exp
• Shifters are also welcome to apply
• At least 18 years old
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work at TELUS Market Market Taguig Site
• Amenable to work on SHIFTING schedules
• Can start ASAP
