Now we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team. 

Job Description 

  • Organization and control over the hiring and selection of employees in the Company

  • Work with the heads of departments / units for evaluation of employees who have

  • passed a course in internal training

  • Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers

  • Prepares and participates in presentations - internal, external and to potential clients

  • Participates in and coordinates the process of evaluating employee performance

  • Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes

  • Promote the mission, vision and culture of TELUS International

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

  • Higher education

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team

  • Excellent computer skills - excellent level of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Internet

  • Experience with specialized HR software

  • Team working skills
