Recruitment Analyst III Job Description

Contact candidates to complete the evaluation process through specific tools. Provide relevant information to candidates about TELUS International and the accounts that are hiring. Contact candidates to give specific follow up through the evaluation and interview process. Guide and coordinate to applicant through the final interview stage with Operations or Client. Provide feedback about the Recruitment process of each applicant. Support different areas of the Recruitment Department. Support hiring process of the company to complete initial process for new personnel.
As an Interviewing Recruitment Analyst for BPO you are responsible for overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for internal and external candidates. Our Recruiters are in charge of completing BPO requirements by contacting possible candidates who apply from various sources and assess their level of compliance with the profiles of vacant posts, according to the requirements of management positions, while promoting the benefits of working for TELUS International.
Contact candidates and schedule interviews with suitable candidates for seats Process and Interview candidates.
- Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Updating the information about each applicant process.
- Keep current vacancies (Accounts / departments, levels of English, schedules, etc.) knowledge.
- Participate in Meeting calibration criteria for assessing levels of English Education and different BPO profiles.
- English Level B2 or above
- University Degree (Psychology, Business Administration, or similar)
- Schedule flexibility
- Availability to work from site
- Skills Technical skills –web-based technology knowledge and social media to support recruiting efforts, so computer and technical skills are essential in this role
- Networking – Able to build professional relationships and have negotiation skills
- Team coordination – Be able to effectively coordinate team activities to achieve common goals Analytical thinking – Excellent analytical skills in order to examine applicant profiles to find suitable candidates for BPO positions.
- Communication skills – written and verbal communication are important in this position Autonomy - Demonstrated experience and comfort level with high-volume, full cycle recruiting with a high degree of autonomy. Knowledge
- Good Excel and/or Google Sheets knowledge English: B2 or above - a must Oral and written comprehension.
- Appropriate use of language.
- Knowledge of the operational tasks and responsibilities
- Time management and prioritization knowledge
- Education and Experience 3 years completed of studies related to Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or other similarly related discipline -
