We are hiring for an amazing, "out of the box" experience: join us as a Content Moderator with Japanese & English! You will be working in a new team serving our global client, a world-leading social media platform that allows users to create and browse videos.


What we expect:


-Medium level of Japanese and English

-Experience with Japanese culture and slang will be considered a plus

-Experience within data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus

-Availability to work full-time rotating shifts, 08:00 - 22:00, Monday - Sunday

-Work from home, anywhere in Romania

-Great attention to details

-Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations

-Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

-Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

-Strong self-organization, decision making and analytical abilities


Your daily responsibilities as a Content Moderator will include:


-Reviewing videos and judging videos/ accounts in accordance with the client's processes, policies and guidelines

-Responding to the client's inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals

-Liaising with the client's internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production

-Provide accuracy reports on a regular basis
