Description et exigences

  • Advanced level of French (speaking and writing) and medium level of English

  •  Availability to work on a full time schedule, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 22:00

  •  Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions

  •  Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problems

  •  Efficient use of resources for the effective exercise of the activity

  •  Attention to detail

  •  Good general IT-Knowledge in the area of web-based applications and technologies used in that area


The mission of the new team:


  • Offering best level customer support or debt collection assistance for French clients via phone or e-mail

  •  Assist French end-clients of a local auto insurance company

  •  Review and interpret customer information in a variety of systems and apply that information to resolving the customer's inquiry

  •  Balance customer service considerations with the exercise of efficiency with respect to time and call control
