Hard Skills
  • 5+ year of experience on Java / J2EE
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL / PLSQL / MYSQL
  • Excellent knowledge of Unix

  • Great communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Excellent presentation skills for Problem statement and PIR (Post Incident reviews) – Not Mandatory nice to have
  • Motivated leadership to work on aggressive environment for Production support
  • Flexible working hours
Experience Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 5 years of Post-Production support Tier II / Tier III level support experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Telecom (Specifically Consumer) experience (MUST HAVE)
  • Detail Understanding of Triage / Prioritization Process
  • Well-versed with change mgmt process
