Job Responsibilities: 

Perform change requests configuration and verification in Offering Catalog as per existing user guides 

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements 

Design catalog model, create test cases, update configuration guides to meet new business needs 

Work together with TELUS team to improve delivery processes and practices to guarantee the best quality and short delivery timeline 

Work in an agile team, participate daily SCRUM and other SCRUM meetings, be an active team member 

Mandatory Skills: 

3 years experience working in IT projects in one of the following roles

QA/Test engineer

Business Analyst 

Experience in triaging and troubleshooting defects in test and production environments

Experience in working with business stakeholders to collect and understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements 

Experience in writing, updating, and improving technical user guides 

Good communication skills 

Strong English writing and speaking skills 

Ability to write simple SQL queries to search data / perform assessments

Test Automation experience (Selenium and preferably Robot Framework)

Experience using REST/SOAP API Testing and any performance testing tool 

Desired skills: 

Experience working with remote teams 

Ability to read technical design specifications, Entity relational diagrams

Knowledge of SCRUM 

Telecom domain experience 

Experience working with Offering/Product catalogs

NetCracker product experience 

Knowledge of JIRA

Your role: As an active member of TELUS International, you will be at the core of the team managing TELUS Offering/Product Catalog. Your focus will be on the configuration of Offering/Product Catalog change requests and quality assurance of these changes. Offering Catalog is an extremely important component of an application supporting business. High quality of updates, as well as a short delivery timeline, helps TELUS be competitive and react to market needs.
