Duties:

● Manage and optimize the flow of value using various tools such as Program and Solution Kanbans.

● Help manage risks and dependencies

● Monitor and escalate impediments

● Work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment

● Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets

● Communicate program information, status, and key health metrics as appropriate.

● Work with Agile Center for Excellence to share Agile standards that foster team and organizational agility

● Analyze program-level metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

● Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

● 4+ years of IT Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment

● 4+ years of technical experience in one or more aspects of Information Systems Development or Business / Information Systems areas

● 3+ years of experience managing program financials

● 2+ years of Project Management/Agile delivery experience across multiple applications (Cross-application Release Train Engineer)

● Understanding software development processes and procedures

● Scrum boards or Kanban boards knowledge is a plus
