Description et exigences

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, data setup, and define test and acceptance criteria.

  • Configure, build and test prototype solutions, business processes, and integrations.

  • Write Configuration specifications for new functionality and make system changes.

  • Collaborate with business users to assess business needs and translate those needs into effective technical solutions that align with project initiatives. 

  • Provide functional support to the ERP-HR team, lead the analysis and business case development for interfaces, enhancements, and process changes, and drive the testing and acceptance of the changes. 

  • Provides functional expertise and leadership in the design, testing, and debugging of new requirements/enhancements to existing modules/integrations. 

  • Monitor recurring (daily, weekly or monthly) interfaces/processes, internal and external, to ensure successful execution and troubleshoot any failed processes 

  • Investigate and resolve system-related issues and support the business with escalating issues to the appropriate vendor or internal system owner. 

  • Participate in weekly meetings with business and/or project teams to discuss projects, progress, and issues to be resolved.  

  • Prepares specifications and documentation, such as user manuals and systems/code documentation, for newly developed applications.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Configuration analyst or functional analyst in any HR/Finance applications and knowledge of integration points.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.

  • 2+ years of experience with OO design and Java programming, MVC frameworks, HTML, XSLT, and CSS.

  • 2+ years of experience working with Web Services (SOAP and REST) and WQL queries.

  • 2+ years of experience working with JSON and Javascript.

  • Experience with Python and Selenium.

  • Experience with enterprise-level software/systems functions including configuration, data loads, and maintenance.

  • Experience to lead and influence stakeholders and work collaboratively.

As an Enterprise Analyst IV, you will be responsible for documenting and configuring business processes, optimizing and extending functionality, analyzing, building reports, and testing and delivering in-house developed solutions. Assists with the enterprise-level software/systems operations including report creation, configuration management, and handover to BAU support.
 
The HR Configuration Specialist integrates the knowledge of systems analysis and design methods, computer application systems and development procedures, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) to develop, modify, and implement HR systems.
