Working experience with Web development using Java, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Struts. Experience with generating Web Service clients and consuming them Experience with Weblogic Platform Experience with various build tools such as ANT and Maven Development Experience in LINUX and Windows platforms and tools in those platform Familiarity with EJB/API consumption Familiarity with Frontend design patterns MVC and other J2EE design patters Familiarity with SCRUM process

  • Develop detailed design specifications
  • Perform complex coding and application (package) configuration including enhancements and break-fix
  • Perform difficult and complex assignments
  • Organize coding requirements, coordinate and perform component and assembly test plans, including conditions, data and expected results
  • Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work/team work, through the change management methodology and/or SDLC
  • Identify risks inherent in the project module or application and develop mitigation tactics.
  • Developing data integration components for the HSM system
  • Providing guidance to the Architecture team within the data integration component
  • Engaging in regular, ongoing, collaborative interaction with the business and other stakeholders to understand business and operational changes and support the business in assessing and understanding the impacts of proposed changes
  • Providing support to the team in a production environment
  • Communicating with a variety of stakeholders as may be required regarding development decisions, activities and issues
  • Taking ownership for driving multiple task assignments within a project(s) on a complex application to completion on time, within budget and scope, while maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Learning continuously, innovating every day and seeking opportunities to develop and demonstrate thought-leadership
  • At least 3 years of Java Development experience
  • Able to write Java and/or PL-SQL in any environment including Unix shell scripting
  • Passionate about process improvement and change management
  • Expert in the following technologies:
  • Experience OOP, Java EE Java, JDBC, Junit
  • Experience building Micro-services
  • API platform, Soap/Rest Webservice
  • Open source framework like Spring and/or Spring Boot, Apache Camel
  • Experienced with Agile environment
  • Experience with Message Brokers like ActiveMQ, Apache Kafka
  • Work with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, React Native, AngularJS) and Node.js
  • Advanced knowledge with PL-SQL programming
  • Excellent working knowledge of RDBMS concepts, Database Design
  • Server: WebLogic
  • IDE/Tools: Eclipse, Maven, GIT, TOAD/SQL Developer
  • Nice to have: Web Methods, GWT
  • Familiar with Cloud technology like Amazon AWS
  • Composed and poised when dealing with complex investigations/debugging reviews, with a proven ability to drive to root cause and resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
