Description et exigences

Provide admin support for the architecture team in managing incoming requests.

Responsibilities include:
  • Documenting email requests in SharePoint
  • Following-up with requesters via email or phone
  • Handle escalations and determine request priority
  • Candidate will be working with both architecture and network resources both onshore and offshore over both instant messaging, email and audio/video conferencing tool
Functional Responsibilities
  • Coordinating architecture requests
  • Following-Up with Requesters
  • Prioritize requests

Technical Requirements:
  • 1-2 years network administration experience

  • Experience with Data Centre environments including enterprise-level LAN, WAN and WLAN engineering design and implementation.

  • Junior level experience with:

  • Network Administration

    • network enterprise monitoring (Solarwinds, NetScout)

    • Junior level knowledge of switches, firewalls, load balancers (Cisco, Fortinet, CheckPoint, F5, Juniper)

  • Administration Tools

    • Microsoft Office Suite

    • Microsoft SharePoint
