Position Summary:

Operational Security & Risk Officer is in charge of finding security gaps, privacy threats and weaknesses on operational processes, client based tools, reporting findings and providing remediation measures to Account Managers and Directors.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Analyze client based tools for weakness.

• Audit operational procedures for vulnerabilities.

• Create remediation plans for Operations.

• Create awareness.

• Spearhead or collaborate on Global Security & Risk Projects.

• Work on Security Investigations, Policies and Risks

Qualifications:

• Can work independently

• Graduate of any course 

• At least 3 years experience in any support role (Team Manager, Customer Experience, Workforce, Learning Services)

• With understanding and background to BPO Operations, process improvement and fraud management 

• Can collaborate, facilitate meetings to different departments across different regions, and present to clients if needed.

• English Level B1
