If your answer is YES – join our team as Payroll Specialist with German (m/f/d)

(It's possible to work from one of our locations in Essen, Dortmund, Berlin or Leipzig)


Your tasks:


  • Perform HR Master data, absence, attendance, sick leave, reporting and other payroll related tasks

  • Data input for Payroll

  • Supporting and advising employees in all matters relating to human resources

  • Creation of certificates

  • General administrative tasks

  • Close cooperation with employees and managers


Your skills:


  • Experience with German payroll processing will be considered as an advantage

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Very good communication skills in German and good English skills

  • Basic knowledge of labor law

  • Attention to detail

  • Motivation and commitment to continuously develop together with our team

  • Passion and dedication at work, as well as an open-minded nature
