Responsibilities:
Manage and evaluate necessary data to keep track of employee's progress
Lead activities assigned by the well-being team manager
Create action plans with the aim to improve employees' wellbeing
Support the HR department by advising on potential employee suitability for the project
Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational individual or/and group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team buildings, and activities observing the department goals
Reach out to employees and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops
Lead informational and promotional Wellbeing activities during employee training sessions
Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience
Requirements:
Master's degree in Health or Clinical Psychology
Licensure or equivalent state authorization to provide treatment in Spain
3 years of experience in psychological counseling, psychotherapy, and leading group services
Experience conducting experience diagnostic procedures
Experience in crisis and conflict management
Excellent communication with very good written and spoken English skills
Flexible working hours
Ability to work independently and high motivation
Position is based in Barcelona (on-site)
Work permits are required
