Description et exigences

TELUS International is searching for a Resourcing Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Resourcing Specialist is responsible for hiring qualified people while promoting the TELUS International brand and providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Source candidates by using databases, platforms and social media.
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
  • Maintain record of interviews and recruitment activity.
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.
  • Attend job fairs and careers events if needed.
  • Conduct screenings and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Partner with hiring teams for interview scheduling.
  • Proactively seek out new and alternative channels to reach potential applicants.
  • Ensure recruitment processes and interviews are carried out in a professional, structured and consistent manner across the business and ensure they are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Participate in other HR projects when requested.

Skills and qualifications
  • Genuine interest in AI and Machine Learning.
  • Flexibility to work across multiples times zones
  • Must be able to work well independently, and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of India hiring laws is vital.
  • Ability to analyze new and changing scenarios and adapt sourcing strategies to meet new requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills; natural, persuasive and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members.
  • Highly organized, and ability to manage stress and handle tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Desirable qualities: flexible, creative, positive thinking, multi-tasking, proactive and solutions oriented.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment.
  • Excellent English language skills; additional language skills, a plus.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent talent management experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in corporate recruiting or staffing agency environment.
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates; experience with Workday and Avature, a plus.
  • Background in linguistics or philology is a huge plus.
