Position Summary

The Technical Data Analyst is responsible for managing the accounting, budgeting and charging activities relating to IT services and infrastructures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Compiling and formulation the annual IT budgets

• Managing the IT budgets on a daily, monthly and annual basis

• Producing regular statements of accounts for management

• Submit requisitions and complete receipt of goods

• Forecast renewals with our operations teams

• Track all IT purchases from procurement through installation

• Assist with monthly asset tracking and reporting

• Report on monthly vs. actual analysis

• To provide and coordinate a comprehensive business administration service to management and analysts within the team
