  • Report, profile and when possible diagnose new product issues

  • Determine severity, frequency and work with Sales team to improve the client's offering

  • Manage ongoing prospecting and warm-calling potential clients within targeted areas

  • Document product changes, maintain online product support pages

  • Foster an online support community for the customers


  • Previous experience in sales at least 1 year

  • Proficiency in German

  • Excellent command in English

  • Comfortable in offering upgrades or new products to customers over email, chat and phone
