For our team in Gdańsk (onsite) we are currently looking for

Consultative Sales Trainer (m/f/d)

Overview of tasks:

  • Analyze training needs to ensure objectives and goals of the organization are met
  • Develop and deliver internal training sessions that target new hires and supportive trainings.
  • Assist, develop and facilitate training programs that support Quality & Training team projects, sales processes, techniques and effectiveness, consultative selling skills, product training, and phone selling skills.
  • Select appropriate delivery formats (i.e., classroom, online, field training, individual coaching etc).
  • Monitor metrics and create reports for evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Work with Training Manager and Sales Managers to design, develop and/or deliver advanced sales training and experienced sales content

We are looking for:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and (at least) one of the following languages: Polish, Romanian or German
  • Experience in (consultative) sales
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Solid critical thinking and organization skills
  • Experience in coaching / mentoring (both group and 1 on 1 training situations)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Able to balance multiple projects with the ability to rearrange priorities on short notice
  • Confident in providing constructive feedback to salespeople
  • Experience in (digital) marketing is an asset
