The WF Specialist III will work with all teams involved (Operations, Finance, IT, WFM, Facilities and Transitions team) providing visibility and recommendations of seating allocation for new and existing programs within the assigned sites.
Qualifications:
Above average performance standing in program KPIs (at least 3.0) for the past 6 months
Team member should not have any form of disciplinary action in the past 6 months
At least 1 year WFM experience, specifically for agent forecasting and planning
Working knowledge and technical understanding of Workforce or Resource management principles, concepts, and practices preferably within the call center, business process outsourcing or customer service industry
General knowledge of call center operations and organization
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Knowledge on BluePumpkin and CMS is preferred
