Content Review Specialist
Location: Cork, Ireland (currently working remotely due to COVID-19)
Salary: €23,000
*You must be located in Ireland and must be willing to return to the office in Cork in 2022*

As a Content Review Specialist you will become a part of the global team that focuses its attention on positively impacting experiences that customers have when interacting with our client’s platform. As a member of our Content Review team, you will partner with the Content and Engineering teams to serve the most exciting content to customers all across the globe.

Responsibilities:

* Review, categorize and tag large volumes of content.
* Assess and describe scenarios — quickly, effectively, and with impeccable attention to detail.
* Coordinate with teams to identify information related to pieces of content.
* Exercise good judgement when reviewing and selecting content that is appropriate and meets brand and curation guidelines.
* Drive improvement initiatives by providing guidance on policy development and executing projects that will enhance existing workflows.
* Reach targets and KPI's as set out.
* Provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 years' experience working in customer service/ content review.
* Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material.
* Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with various team members throughout the company.
* Developed perspective on prominent trends and issues in the online safety world.
* Confidentiality and adherence to data protection, workflows and policies.
* Meticulous attention to detail, as well as an understanding of the content moderation landscape
* Ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Strong Internet connection to allow working from home (both upload and download)
* Ability to work alone and as part of a team
