Description and Requirements

  • Strong knowledge on API request flow in Akana components
  • Strong knowledge of API Management Life Cycle on AKANA platform.
  • Strong knowledge on Web Services, API and Micro services, RESTful API standards
  • Strong knowledge on various Authentication techniques along with Authorization techniques using various frameworks.
  • Hands-on in creating API , Adding API using different API patterns, troubleshooting issues for the incidents reported
  • Hands-on in Implementing Akana Operational, Compliance & QoS policies
  • Strong knowledge on third-party testing tools like SOAPUI and Postman.
  • Basic Knowledge on AppDynamics and Splunk for data feed.
  • Knowledge on Python / Unix and Shell scripts to perform health check and monitor the Akana infrastructure
  • Should be familiar with atleast one of the ticketing tools – JIRA / Cherwell
  • Should be comfortable in developing and demonstrating various proof of concepts according to 
  • business requirements so that stakeholders can continue integrations in right direction.

Additional Job Description

o Candidates should have experience ranging from 4 to 6 years. o Candidates have to work in rotating shifts including weekend and night shifts. These positions are for operations support Project. o Hands-on with Installation, Configuration, upgrade, Operational support in Akana APIM o Strong knowledge on API request flow in Akana components o Strong knowledge of API Management Life Cycle on AKANA platform. o Strong knowledge on Web Services, API and Micro services, RESTful API standards o Strong knowledge on various Authentication techniques along with Authorization techniques using various frameworks. o Hands-on in creating API , Adding API using different API patterns, troubleshooting issues for the incidents reported o Hands-on in Implementing Akana Operational, Compliance & QoS policies o Strong knowledge on third-party testing tools like SOAPUI and Postman. o Basic Knowledge on AppDynamics and Splunk for data feed. o Knowledge on Python / Unix and Shell scripts to perform health check and monitor the Akana infrastructure o Should be familiar with atleast one of the ticketing tools – JIRA / Cherwell o Should be comfortable in developing and demonstrating various proof of concepts according to business requirements so that stakeholders can continue integrations in right direction o Should be able to do root-cause analysis and provide resolution in product issues reported by customers.
