Description and Requirements

As a Senior UI Developer, you will be working with product management and a team of developers to design products with rich user experience. You will be responsible for creating a unique and elegant interaction between users and our applications across all platforms. A successful Senior UI Developer must have demonstrable experience in translating business and user requirements into design elements and user experiences.


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualize new products and improve existing solutions.

  • Create user experience specifications, mock-ups, and prototypes.

  • Participate in the daily scrum and sprint planning.

  • Act as senior developer in development projects using industry best practices.

  • Point of contact for any front-end browser technical issues, questions and challenges that may arise during execution of a project.

  • Prepare high-level sizing and application impact analysis for any new feature requests.

  • Implement guidelines for overall corporate design and/or 3rd-party branding, and site accessibility to ensure high quality outcomes are achieved.

  • Represent LifeWorks’ IT team in client and vendor discussions.

  • Strong communication skills, the ability to communicate with key business stakeholders and the software development team.

  • Experience in user experience design for software applications (5+ years).

  • Experience developing enterprise level applications.

  • Experience developing user interfaces for responsive websites.

  • Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of work.
