What we are looking for (Requirements):

  • Participate in high level planning/estimation of new features 

  • A deep understanding and experience in the Java programming language. 

  • Ability to create and maintain web microservices using the Spring Boot framework 

  • Experience in any of the following programming languages: GoLang, Ruby, Python 

  • Apply the core object-oriented programming principles while developing highly available solutions. 

  • Understanding of synchronous REST, GraphQL and asynchronous event-based communication using Kafka. 

  • Able to work with SQL and NoSQL databases like mySQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB 

  • Effectively use Git to manage the lifecycle of source code 

  • Able to apply unit tests and integration tests for code development. 



Desirable skills:

  • Hashicorp Vault 

  • Docker and CI/CD pipeline 

  • OAuth 2.0 

  • AWS Resources 

  • Observability tooling 

  • gRPC
