Description and Requirements

Functional Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Communications Sr. Manager to develop and implement a solid corporate communications strategy
  • Supports the Communications Sr. Manager in overseeing change management communications and crisis communications
  • Develops content and directs creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message.
  • Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal and external stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.
  • Designs recruitment or brand awareness campaigns to target specific audiences using data gathered from the different stakeholders and industry studies, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance
  • Provides hands-on support for public relations, executive communications, advertising, team member engagement, brand culture building, and reputation management requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Communications, Marketing, PR, or equivalent
  • Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule.
