Job Description – Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Technical Requirements:
● At least 4-6 years of experience in business partner roles in both startup and large organizations.
● Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations and HR delivery for the process.
● End- to-end Employee Life cycle management from Induction to Exit of the Employee.
● Provide support for change proactive communication and implementation of Key HR initiatives at
Organizational level.
● Management of Employee relations including coaching, counseling & disciplinary actions.
● Employee Engagement, Listening and Connect lead and anchor employee engagement
initiatives & drive action planning.
● Policy deployment.
● Attrition analysis & retention management.
● Manage HR metrics, reviews and Reporting.
● To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and to
contribute to the development of the HR Function.
● Administer all employee benefit programs with conjunction with the Department Heads.
● Attendance, Payroll, Competency Mapping, Grievance Handling, employee welfare, employee
satisfaction.
● Carry out Gap Analysis & Initiate action based on surveys and studies on employee satisfaction.
● Extremely high on empathy. Uncanny ability to understand people and their problems.
● Understanding of general human resources policies and procedure

● Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
● Ability to listen to employees, High EQ and high level of collaboration skills
● Good knowledge of Excel & Analytical skills
● Multi-tasking ability and ability to meet deadlines

Education
● Graduation & Post Graduation (MBA preferred).
